HC is Hillary Clinton
I was standing next to the person asking the nuclear policy question at Daniel Webster College on Sat night. Hillary Clinton did say that she would not discuss the issue on a rope line, but she also asked for any information the person had (with contact info) and then said she would definitely get to them.
I think it is important to relate the entire event because in by opinion Senator Clinton handled the situation very well.
